I think that’s a great functionality to do Workout, Fitness, Crossfit, Strength or any other sport activity in which is necessary maintain a heart rate range to improve the benefits

Not that I've seen

and we are all users just like you can can not predict the future any better than you can

Personally I doubt it since that move toward being a regulated medical device - but who know - with OS 2 some developer may do that and Apple may approve it

I'm not sure why that would make it a regulated medical device. I've had a Garmin running watch for years that will alert me if my heart rate goes outside of a particular zone.
